Holiday days

Simply define a dedicated project (administrative project type has been set up for this).
Create tasks on the project as needed :
- holidays
- sickness
- training
- ...
Assign resources to dedicated tasks.

Then resource will just have to enter planed "off days" ar real wrok days on these tasks, and planning will not plan any other work these days.

(there is a planned evolution to avoid the assignment of resources : every resource should be able to input work on all Administrative projects tasks without needing to be assigned to the tasks)
