Hello,
i really have a problem copying/pasting into a text box in a ticket. (in the description box or in 'Note' box..

i copy a piece of text in message or from a word text and i can't paste it in a text box ..
the buttons of the menu are off . i can't put a text in bold or in italics

Hi,

I cannot reproduce, all works fine for me with Firefox (and other browsers).
Do you reproduce only on your instance or do you also reproduce on Demo ?
If you reproduce on Demo, check for Extensions on your browser. Try and disable/unsinstall all extensions.
If all works fine without extension, re-enable them one by one to find the one which is messing with CK-Editor.
(we once noticed that Skype Click-to-call extension was messing with projeqtor)
