[SOLVED] Tickets: More than 1 assigned ressource

Hello,

One of our new service using Projeqtor will use the tickets system (modified by me just for them with changes made only visible by their profile type) because it looked like the easiest to use for the purposes they needed

But something they asked was if it would be possible to have more than 1 person that can be contacted by automatic means

Ex: 1 Communication agent, 1 graphic designer and another person are on this ticket (specific event in the next month) but we can only select one "Responsable" and we would like to be able to have several (3 max) fields where we can put a resource so the whole team get notified when they have a new project.

The ticket module was the perfect for them (with changes here and there) for what they needed, like partner field, due dates ("Echeances"), etc but 2 more fields for more agents to be able to see at a glance who is assigned to it would be good.

Is there a way to do that by adding fields using an already used code like "idResource" ?

...so the whole team get notified when they have a new project.

You have the responsible field and the accountable field which are already available. The accountable field must be activated in the global parameters.

When you send the detail of the item, several choices are offered to you such as the project team or the global project team which will include all the people assigned to the project.

 

Alternatively you can use the follow this item function to designate who will receive alerts on this item.
And finally you have the screen customization plugin which allows you to create your own fields and lists in the application.

Using the screen customization, would it be possible to target a specific field ? like, "idResource" so when the chief of office send the notification, it sends to all on the ticket ?

the service has several members, but only those who will do this specific ticket must be notified

Also, i didn't find the accountable field.

If I need to explain more, don't hesitate to ask, I have it clear in my head but writing it is harder
