overall questions

Hello,
we are looking for a project managment software and comparing different solutions: 
I need first to see if our specification required are actually in projeqtor software. 

I find answers on the website and the forum but I still have some questions : 
- is there a Discussion thread by project ? 
- can we manage collaborative Shared files in the software ?
- is the Archiving on internal servers ?
- The project team includes our chinese and canadian site - is there translation in chinese or only in english ? do you know if there are potentials issues to acces the software in china ?

We want to begin to use the sotware but I don't know actually where to start ! 
we have already a project plan with the key steps /  the organization / the schedule / the related files... how do we implement them in projeqtor ? 

do you provide a support to implement and customize the software ?
