Blank Alert shows

ProjeQtOr shows blank alert message. May I know why this thing happening. Please find attachment for your reference.

Can you please help me to find why blank alerts generating!?
They are many blank alerts 342 generated till now since mar-2022.
Total alerts including blank alerts are 624 till now since mar-2022.

I think, above information and attachments can be helpful to resolve the issue. 
 

Yes, you are right that those all records (excluding 3 records) are having titles in it.

1.It is not giving any clarity that alert shows for which project / element / id.
2.Seeking your help for 3 records having title empty (  , ).
3. Observed following issues when exported csv file for selected fields (id, project, element, element id, name, type, title, message
)(  )
    3.1 Type of alert shows under heading name
    3.2 Receiver of Alert was not selected to export but it was exported in csv and was showing under heading title (I have removed those resource names before sharing in forum) (  )
    3.3 Could not found column "message" under column selector feature.(  )
