[SOLVED] New Meeting : no time sélection possible

Hello,
With a freshly installed 10.0.5 instance, I try to create a meeting but I run into a problem: it is not possible to select the time slot.

On the Projeqtor demo, I can see this kind of thing: demo.png
However, on my side, no choice is possible neither when clicking nor when typing. : issue.png

I have tried with an admin account and same issue.
How to investigate the problem ? Is it a mistake on my part or a problem with the tool?

To add more information on the history :
- server installed with 10.0.0 and the issue was present
- upgraded yesterday to 10.0.5 and the issue is still here
