We've made some changes to the default access rights parameters in order to comply with our different use cases.
However we now have Team Members unable to log work on a Ticket : the "dispatch work" button is hidden for users with TM profile (no issue for other profiles).
After checking the configuration, it seems that I have to set the parameter :
Specific access > Work visibility = ALL
=> However I would like to keep it as "Only validated", but still allow TMs to log work on a ticket.
Would this be possible ?
My configuration as follows (for TM profile) :
- Global Parameters > only responsible works on ticket = NO
- Specific access > Work visibility = ALL (doesn't work if set to "Only validated")
- Specific access > Edit assignments = NO
- Specific access > Change validated data = NO
- Specific access > Can change resource parameter = NO
- Access data (project-dependent) > Tickets = Manager
