Directory templates

Hello,
I can't find an answer in the online manual or in the forum, so I post my question here. 
In our company, each project uses a standard organisation of the documentation structured according to a standard directory tree:
- Management
- Management/Contract
- Management/Plans
- Management/etc.
- Development,
- Development/System,
- Development/System/Requirements,
- Development/Software,
- Development/Hardware,
- Etc.

Is there a possibility to create document directory templates which would be manually or automatically affected to a new created project?
I also noted that, although it was possible for documents, it was not possible to duplicate document directories (in the 9.5.5 version I use)...
