Hello,
You're not supposed to delete real work, since.. that work was really done by your resources.

But, in case you really want to delete an item with real work, connected as an Admin, you can manage this on the "Specific Access" screen, according to the Profiles you want to have that right. Take care not to give this right to everyone since it's not recommended.
