INBOX mail Attachment

hello, I set up a ticket inbox by activating the include attachments option.

1) When I send an email from an unlisted sender in my user table with an associated attachment, there is the creation of a ticket with the attachment available in the attached files section => OK

2) when I reply by email to this ticket from projeqtor by adding an attachment, the sender receives by email the answer with the attached post.=> OK

3) But when the sender answers by adding a new Attachment, I find the answer in the notes section but not the attachment. => KO

What’s wrong ?
