ticket's status changed automatically by treatment

hello,

I set up a ticket inbox by activating the include attachments option.

When I send an email from an unlisted sender in my user table with an associated attachment, there is the creation of a ticket with the attachment available in the attached files section => that's great!

I would then like that when I receive another email for this same ticket, if this ticket is in closed status, its status is automatically changed to open status.

Any idea ?
