See only projects of the same organisation

Good morning!
I would like to know if it is possible for a user to see only projects of his organisation, without being allocated to all of them. What I'm trying to create is a "Controller" by department who can see all the projects of his own Departments but not those of the other departments. The idea is to avoid to allocate him to all the department's projects as they are too many.
I see that in the "Access Mode" there is the option "All elements in all projects"; I was wondering if it exists also somethine like "All elements in all projects of the same organisation".

there is not such a parameter.
You can use filters in project's view (try advanced filter with "organization = <your organization>).
If user as right to see all project, then he will see all of this organization.

I don't know a way to see "project of MY organization" but you can save the filter to get it everytime.
