Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately that contact form has a "Captcha" mandatory field which redirects to an inoperational third party webpage (leads to this page shop.ekerner.com/index.php/shop?error=404 ). I cannot submit my message because the captcha field is not being filled. Is there an alternative way to ask for the remote assistance?
