i have add the new colomn in the data base and add this link in the $_layout (<th field="Direction" width="15%" >${IdDirection}</th>) but nothing displayed

what what is missing?

Two things :

1) idDirection must be listed in the fields list of the Project.php

2) As the new field names in the format idXxxxx, you need to define the Direction class. This means at least :
- create direction table
- create /model/Direction.php class file, with at least id and name

l'image reste n'est pas clair !! comment le TextField va etre apparait dans le menu projet au moment ou je vais ajouter un nouveau projet??

Ce ne sera pas un TextField mais un Select List, du fait de l'appellation idDirection.
Il faut d'ailleurs que le format en base soit du INT(12) non signé...

L'erreur vient du fait que le champ s'appelle idDirection et que la classe Direction n'existe pas. voir le post précédent.
