What criteria must be met, in order for the projects dashboard view to render a project?

By this I mean the today view as shown here - manual.projectorria.org/manual.php?page=34&tag=

I know one of these is the logged in using having an affection to the project, but there also must be criteria such as required validated start? or requested start?

Be good if the answer makes it into the manual also to help others :).

Criteria are :
- current user must be affected to the project
- project must not be closed
- project type must not be "Template" or "Administrative"
That's all.
No criteria on dates or else.

I can now confirm this, worth noting that it is not instantaneous, the user must logout then log back in.
