Project'Or on RIA, we have a list of projects that have the right voir.Un normal user only sees his projects while an administrator sees all projects.

Where can I check this authorization (for a profile) to view the list of all the projects?

I'm sorry but I do not see where exactly in the Access rights can you be more specific about the scope for this in all my fields to data access mode, any selected value has a "+" (creator, manager .. .). It should therefore see its projects.

A + means "all project".
Manager = manages the projects he is affected to
Manager+ = manages all projects

and so on.
