Project milestones automatic create was created by ixir
Hi,
ı would like create some some milestones automatically when a project create or save.
for example
for project :X target date : Y
When i create project this milestones will create automatically
milestone A: target date: y-8 week
Milestone B: target date: y-6 week
milestone C,D,E etc..
is it possible ?

No, it is not possible.

What you can do is define a template projectg with the expected structure, and when you need to create a new projet, you just copy this template.

Indirectly yes.

First you'll have to define a milestone A for end of project (because you cannot define a link from from to elements of the project), with planning mode "Fixed".
Then you define your milestone B with planning mode "Floating".
Finaly you define a dependency from A to B with a delay of -40 days (8 weeks).
Run planning calculation.
