Module PDO for MYSQL is not available - check php.ini

Dear All,

I have installed on a Windows Server 2003 Server the following:
PHP - MySQL - ProjeQtOr

When I first go to projeQtOr and make the initial setup, when I click "OK" to save settings, I am getting the following message:
"Module PDO for MYSQL is not available - check php.ini"

In php.ini file the following lines are UNcommented :
extension=php_mysql.dll
extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll

If anyone could help...

I edited php.ini and set the external_dir value to point to "C:\php\ext" where the dlls reside. --> OK

When I press "OK" I received new error messages:
"Log file name" cannot write to such a file
"Parameter file name" cannot write to such a file
To resolve the problem in Windows explorer I went to "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\projeqtor" and for folders "files\logs" and "tool" I gave Write Access to accounts NETWORK and NETWORK SERVICE.

After that configuration file is saved. I waited ~5 minutes and then tried to access the site http://localhost/projeqtor.
I am getting error 500!!

I don't know why I can not manage to set it up...

I reinstalled everything and I got at the point where I see the login page with the message "Upgrade in progress"
I see this message for ~20minutes.
I tried to login as U: admin P: admin and I am getting the following message: "TEST Invalid login prameters"

If I reopen the page in the browser I see again: "Upgrade in progress Only admin user can connect". Unfortunately admin/admin credentials dont work again.

I really can not understand why I am getting so many error messages...

I hope with your help to finally manage installl the projeqtor!
