Rights on attached documents

Hello,

The user who created the attachement of filesis allowed to cancel the file.
This functionality is very restrictive and doenst allow a collaborative work on the evolution of files.

We would like to attach to the products the supplier datasheet and other informations related to the item.

Is such feature forecasted in a future version or is there a workaround or a different way to do what we intend to do?

Our first intention was to use documents and the confortable feature is versioning.
With documents we cannot manage in one time several documents for one topic.
For instance we want to store for a product :
a. Datasheet of supplier
b. Internal datasheet
c. Offer of supplier
d. ....

We imagine also to use attached files for questions.

I tried to deactivate in the software the mechanism which manages the control of user in the attachement array but with no success.

is there an way to do this?

It is a decrease of productivity because too many tip in for in fact the same topic.

To follow the logic of Projeqtor the attached files as well notes could also be managed by the access of data (creator+,manager+..), which gives agood hirarchy of data access.
