Hi,

I just tested it : it works fine...

Are you sure you updated the correct line, and used password you defined in the password column ?
I tried with password = "test", crypto = null => OK
ALso tried with password = "test", crypto = "" (empty string) => OK

I tried both instances and no luck.
Is there a way to set the tables corresponding to login back to default?

First verify that :
isUser =1
locked = 0
idle = 0
be sure to commit and try again

If it still doesn't work, you can try :
password = 21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3
salt = Null
crypto = md5
and connect with password "admin"
