If you create a Quotation without an associated project, the quotation is created in the database but inaccessible by the application.

For you to access a quotation from the application it always needs to have an associated project.

This creates a small confusion since the application allows the creation of a quotation without an associated project.

Hi,

In fact, you cannot see the quotation if you have visibility to items of own projects.
If you have visibility to any project items (such as admin profile), you can see Quotations without project.

But you are tight, this is an issue : Quotation should not be created without a project.

Hi,

The mistake was mine, an opportunity should be created without a project so there is no need to for the ticket.

I wasn't seeing the opportunities because it was selected a project on the upper left selection box and I didn't understood that influenced the application navigation.
