Hello all :) i'm new to Projeqtor and firstly i would like to congratulate you for the great work, i really like to use it and i have spend few days to configure all my needs already. I have currently one problem and didn't find anywhere the solution so i decided to post in the forum :

Why Administrator and Project Leader can change any status (status of a ticket or a test case for example) but users for other groups i created can't change status (only choice is recorded - recorded) ?

My users belong to the project they need to update, they have access to the form and i tried access mode manager+, creator, updater. But they still can't change any status.

If i connect with my admin account, i can change status, so the workflow is correct..

It is all about workflow.
Check in Type of element which workflow is used.
Then open workflow : status change from one to another is defined for every profiles.

Oh yes I used to click everytime on "ALL" for workflow rights but i forgot to check again after i created my new groups.. of course they were not picked. So i just updated this and clicked once again on "all". Very logical. Thank you :)
