Hello,
I can't save changes of LDAP management parameters and Emailing parameters of global parameters.
I'm connected with an administrator profile
I use EasyPHP WebServer 14.1
How can i manage that ?

Most possibly it is because these parameters still exist in parameters.php file. Have a look in this file.

Thank you for your response.
Some of these parameters still exist in parameters.php file, i just want to modify them, do i have to do that directly in the parmaters.php file ?

If the parameters exist in the file, you'll not be able to change them through the global parameters screen.
Existing values in this file always overwrite other data.

This file should only contain data to connect to database and debugging information :
$paramDbType
$paramDbPort
$paramDbUser
$paramDbPassword
$paramDbName
$paramDbPrefix
$paramDbHost
$logFile
$logLevel
$paramDebugMode
Remove all others.
