Hello Babynus,

I am defining SLA delays via the [Delay for ticket] functionnality. The problem is that i can't define delays depending on the project, which is often the situation i am confronted to. How can i resolve this ?

Hi,

You cannot reasily today.
Only way possible is to define different types and use then on corresponding project.

Hi,

I already thought about applying the solution you proposed. But this will increase the number of tickets types and it will be difficult to manage this at a certain moment.

Anyways, thank you for the reply. I'll be waiting for this upgrade in the next versions ;)
