I would like to attach a file from a local machine to the server machine... what i must to specify in global parameters :
attachments directory : \\192.168.100.199/home/..../documents/
root directory for documents : \\192.168.100.199/home/.../documents/

Directories must be specified locally to your Server
For instance
/home/documents

when i want to attache files ( like a picture for a ressource) the software turn and turn and turn and no response .

/home/projeqtor/Documents must exist and PHP user must have write access on it.

check ownership and rights.
For instance, try

chmod 777 /home/projeqtor/Documents

(not the best secured, but should work.
