hyperlink not working

hello,

I can't use the hyperlink files on activies, or other work area, in my network

If i want to joined the hyperlink like:

192.168.100.199\servbe\optronic_sous_marin\srs_psm\details(2D)\622-0-1J-400-Caisson_hydraulique\PDF\622-0-1J-411#I=03.pdf

it doesn't work ( see attached files brower error, nothing on log files)

only internet hyperlinfk like www.blablabla.fr work !

could please help me

It is designed this way :blush:

Only web hyperlinks will work.
File access, locally or through network will not.

Not sure it will work, but examining your print screen more in details, I found 2 issues :
\ in files name should be escapes in response message (in fact / is expected instead of \)
=> Ticket #1877 recorded

File name you try and enter is longer than max file name lenght (100 ccharacters).
=> Will be increased. Ticket #1878 recorded
