To plan a day off, I can use the calendar without any problem, but is it exist a solution for half day off?

For off days, use Administrative projects, not calendars.
You enter real work on administrative projects (enven in the future), so you can enter 0,5 days very easily.

This solution is running without problem except if I enter real work in the future, the planning was not recalculate automatically. I need to refresh it manualy. Is it normal?

My version is 5.1.4 but some projects were created before the upgrade (last version v5.0.6)

Yes, as explained on previous post, automatic recalculation oif planning only works for changed made through the planning view.
