How to generate report on closed project/task was created by badgamme
Hello,

Along this year I opened, worked and closed many projects.
As the end of year approches, I want to generate some reports on each project (including closed one)

For example when I select "charges consommées/Synthèse des charges par activité", I don't have any result for closed tasks.
Is it possible to generate such report ?

You have to enter the "archive mode" :
Beside Project Selector (on top left), click on the parameter icon.
There, select the "show closed item" and "Refresh the list"

That's already the way I browse closed projects but this does not allow to generate reports on them.

I'm afraid there is no solution unless chaging some code in reports.
For instance, if oyu see

getVisibleProjectsList(true, ...);

change first parameter to false as is stands for "limit to active projects"

Ok, so, next year, I won't close projects until all reports are generated.

How can I avoid ressources to allocate work to a task without closing it ?

You cannot, you must close the activity.
But you can keep project open...
