Problem on meeting planning

I checked it and no "fixed planning" is enabled. It is a strange behavior.

So for me, any meeting should be planned...as a meeting. My workaround is create a task.

Anybody has/had the same problem about meeting??? because we installed ProjeQtOr on a laptop just to test, and we have the same behavior...

I have a quite similar problem and so I want to be sure to well understand something in your answer.

I like avoiding to plan extra work but don't manage to do it.
