Hello Babynus,

There is a default parameter for MailSender and MailReplyTo for sending mails.
Would it be possible to send replace the both parameters with the mail adress of the user who initiate the request ?

In this way the recepeint of mail can immediatly answer to the mail?

Not advised, but could be a parametered behavior.

Not advised because PRojeQtOr integrates feature to retreive emails reply (when done on defines address) to add answser as notes on item.
I think this behavior is better than starting an email discussion as you'll keep trace on the item.
