Hi,

My general settins is set to hours for both parameters (work/real work allocation).

What's happen on my actual data (work on activities and on real work allocation) if I change both parameters to days ? Is it converted to day?

Nothing happens to your data.
Data is always stored in days.
When you select to display/input in hours, a conversion is applied.
