'Dispatch work' hidden was created by caccia
Hello,
Don't know if I did something wrong on my test instance, or if this is a feature:
on some tickets, I don't see the 'dispatch work' button displayed (logged in as admin). On other tickets, the button is there as expected.

Are there some conditions required in order to display this button, or should it always appear ?

I would tend to a problem on your system, because on my test system, the button sends and permanently available.

Je pencherais plutôt pour un problème sur votre installation, car sur mon système de test, le bouton envoie et disponible en permanence.
