[SOLVED] Problems marking test case runs as "success"

we got some problems with validating the test case runs.

The following message appears:

“Some field contains invalid data. Please correct first”

As already read in the topic Test Session Issues (ver. 3.2.2).

1. sometimes appears this message “Some field contains invalid data. Please correct first”.
It means some data is not correct. Incorrect fields are highlighted. For instance, when status is set to failed, a ticket must be selected (or created).

we did not see any highlighted fields. the only fields which are highlited are the one which are mandatory. i tried to configure all elements but the error appears again. the testcase and test plan can be closed, but we can not mark the test case (runs) as "OK" (success) or "blocked". the mentioned message appears all the time. additionaly no error log will be written. i guess this message (pop-up) is just an information and therefore no log entry is generated. we do not know which field cause the error.

Problem still persists using different Testplans/test case runs.

What was the Problem in Version 6.0.0 maybe we can check if this occured again?

after some Tests the Problem still persists. we tried out several test cases and test plans, even newly generated and we tested on different Clients/browser. we have no Chance at all to mark Tests as "success" Problem still persists.

we even updated to the newest Version. in demo everything works as expected.

do you have a clue? its difficult to figure out in fact no logging will be written.
