Hello,
As a project manager, I wondered if it is possible to validate work "in one click", intead of clicking "validate work" for each ressource and each week (many clicks if big team and work not validated the last weeks).

So is it possible to "validate work" :
  • for one ressource for many weeks (for example 4 weeks of a month)
  • for all ressources for one week
  • and why not for all ressources for many weeks (for example, if I agree with all work submitted by the whole team for the whole month) ;)

No, this is not possible.

But we agree this is not optimal behavior and some improvement could be done...
(Moreover, there is today no way to see which sheets were submitted and have to be validated...)

Yes, you're right, ProjeQtOr needs first to display unvalidated sheets :-)
(and on this page, we could imagine checkboxes that make possible the validation by the project manager ).
