Users Authorization Setup

Dear all,

I have created some users in Projeqtor with an 'Administrator' profile, but we notice that they aren't able to make changes in the projects and the tasks status (e.g. update the activities status from 'assigned' to 'closed').
Only the system Administrator seems to be able to do such changes.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Could you guide me to correctly define the workflows so the users are able to make changes, because the users where created before the tasks.
