Blocking PB migration 6.1.0 to 6.1.2

after dowload files for migration i have this trace:

It is a Blocking pb please can you help me ?

same pb with a empty database .....PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Thanks for for your answer, but after some research i think the problem is with the new update of php.

with roleback to 6.1.0 the site running OK
