Ok, i will try this.
I can't actualy go in User parameters menu cause of message "ERROR : An error occurred on 2017-03-29 at 17:10:19". (same on global parameters menu)
Maybe can you help me here or i have to open a new topic ?

You are using PHP 7.1

ProjeQtOr, like many other PHP applications;, is not compatible with PHP 7.1

The required components and their versions are:
Apache V2 or higher (latest stable version recommended)
MySQL V5 or higher (latest stable version recommended)
or PostgreSQL : V9.1 or greater required (latest stable recommended)
PHP: V5.2 or higher required. > So wich version of PHP do you recommand ?

PHP 5.6 or 7.0
but not V7.1 : it is quite new and brings severe regressions.

Many applications are not compatible with PHP 7.1.
For instance, PHP framework symphony (one of the most used) is not compatible with PH 7.1.
