I understand, sorry for this beginner question but how should I proceed to remake the migration? I installed projeqtor directly in version 6.1.3, I did not migrate.

So migration was not complete.
Check log file that ran during migration.
you'll have trace version by version of what happens.
Find last version that ran without issue, then go to database, table parameter, line where parameterCode='dbVersion', set it to the version you found.
Reconnect as admin.
This should correctly end the install.

I just upgraded to V6.2.3 I also changed the value in "paramterValue" to "V6.2.3", unfortunately I still do not see the list of projects. I do not understand, I think I'll try to reinstall everything.

Upgrade to 6.2.3 is not enough in your case.
There are previous steps that were not correctly installed.
Try a brand new install or try as I described before...

Moreover, you should never upgrade new version in table parameter.
This must be done through upgrade process.
