Question about consolidated working time

Dear all,
I have created, as suggested, a Administrative project to manage holidays & day off of the team.
Now, i would lile to know where and how I could know if the real working time of one of the resources is over the official working time.
I explain me : for example, A. has thee days off (holidays) and A. spent 100 hours working. So, in real time, I could fin that A. has "114 hours" for july.
But, A. has to work 154 hours.
Where and how I could see that for A., the real working time is 40 hours less than the official working time?

If A. work a lot in August, because he could end some project, and works 200 hours (it's just an example)... Where and how i could see that at the end of August, A. has 154 x 2 - (114 + 200) = 6 hours in overtime.
Etc.

I tried several times to find in the different reports how to knw how many time one ressource has yet to do or if this ressource has over-worked... but I failed.
I think such a report could be very useful.
