Hi

PQ version: 6.5.0

In workflow definition page I have:


so, as you see some statuses are not used... for example status "OPEN"

but when I display filtration view I have:


so as you see I cannot turn off status "OPEN" (and others also).

Can you tell me why ?

You cannot remove from view statuses that are used in the workflow.

yes of course but as you see I do not use status OPEN

What is sort order of first 3 statuses ?

I thnk ambiguity is that sort order is the same for "Open (PROD)" and "Open"
