On sub-project, remove value for field "is sub-project of".

Hi,

Fix is to replace line 1398 in /model/persistence/SqlElement.php from
if ($col_name == 'idProject') {
to
if ($col_name == 'idProject' and get_class($this)!='Project') {

Fix will be deployed in next patch.

I am in v 6.4.4 and in the SqlElement.php file, line 1398 is :
if (Sql::isPgsql ())) {

Can you find another solution ?
