imap_open Mailbox is empty was created by bvd
Hi,

We have turn on the imap fetching with office 365. Yet, we are able to check the mailbox, but log says Mailbos is empty even if the mailbox contains mails.

I think I dont really understand how this functionnality does work and what it should do.

Can you explanin me this functionnality or give me a "tutorial" or a documentation more complete than the user manual ?

Projeqtor will only retreive emails that are replies from emails sent by projeqtor.
For system to work :
- "reply to" in emails parameters must be the adress you read from IMAP
- when user receives email, he replies to the email and must keep original email in reply
- when reply arrives in IMAP mailbox, system reteives concernend item from email, reading original message
- new text written by user is stored as new note on item

Hi,

Seems to be an Office 365 issue. Works well with Gmail or another standard IMAP service.

Closing case.

I will contact Microsoft to see if any workaround is available with IMAP protocol. If there is one, I wille feed you back with it.
