Hello,

We want to know how to make a document visible for a certain type of product ?
For the moment, the document is linked to a project and this makes it possible to make the document visible but for everyone by putting the project as a template or for the people assigned to the Project.
is there another way to make the document visible to a certain user profile ?

This means nothing, there is no link from corrected user to product

No, not for a given document.

The only way is either to put the project linked to the document in Template or to assign users to the project to access the document ?

or do not define project on document : then all users can see the document
