RealWork Allocation, submit work, validate etc.

I have question regarding functionality of real_work_allocation, submit/un-submit work validate/un-validate work.

From my tests I have conclusion that submited work (by USER1) can be validated / un-submited by any other person if only this person has rights to "see" real_work_allocation of USER1.
Seems there is no any particular, other control rights.

So, if in one project I have 2 users which can browse real_work_allocation of other members of the project then automatically both these persons can validate / un-submit / modify time declaration of any other persons inside project.

Am I right ?
Can you please explain what is the designed idea of using this functionality ?

Yes, you have right, I was not enough precise.

If in the project I have 2 resoruces with rights to validate real_work (settings validation_real_work = resources_of_his_project) then they can validate real work of any persons inside project.

Seems there is no any possibility to add to this hierarchy, level of profile etc. Also seems there is no possibility to define rights to validate real work base on teams organization not projects organization.

So cases like:
1. I can validate all persons from my team (becasue I'm TM)
2. I can validate all persons from my project but with "lower" profile I have

seems not possible

right ?


Seems also there is no any history of modification of real work allocation - means if someone with rights modify real work allocation of other person there is no any sign who and when did it. Right ?
