Hello,

The planned hours on the timesheet are automatically displayed in the upper left corner.
In your case it is the number 8.

I don't know how reproduce that to display the 8 as the picture ?
I can't put like 4 for task 1 and 4 for the task 2 if we will do 2 tasks during the day ?

You can put what you want in the timesheet as long as it does not exceed the capacity of the resources.
The real work can be different from the planned work.

please press F1 on the allocation , assignation of ressources and planning screens, on each you 'll get access directly to the friendly manuel to help you.
