I wanted to know if there's a way, while importing real work on a task, to also import comments on this work so i can retrieve it after import.

No,
Import of work does not include this feature.

NB : the comment is stored on the assignment, not on the work...

You cannot as there are no comment on activities.
There are notes on activities (delete note) or there are comments on assignements (update field, as there is only 1 filed merging all comments).
