[SOLVED] Email Templates

Are there any instructions on how to setup an Email Template, how it works and if we can use certain variables that can be used in an email template similar to ${sender} added ${type} ${item} #${id} created : "${name}" etc.

Thank you for your quick reply. Before I submitted the question that was the first place I looked. I used the search function to search for email templates and nothing was found and then I went into Table of Contents and went to Controls and Automation and there it has all the other menu, except for Email Templates.

If you can please point me directly to where on the online manual it is, that would be greatly appreciated.

Tried that and pressed F1 and nothing opens. Is there a button I have setup on the setup or something?
