When accessing my projeqtor website, and before filling the authentication form, I have the following warning in the console:
L’utilisation d’XMLHttpRequest de façon synchrone sur le fil d’exécution principal est obsolète à cause de son impact négatif sur la navigation de l’utilisateur final. Consulter xhr.spec.whatwg.org/ pour plus d’informations. dojo.js:2:3543

Authentication returns a 500 status and in the response tab I have the following message:
An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.
Another message in the apache error log is:
[Sun Dec 23 20:55:00 2018] [notice] child pid 4717 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
Something is making apache segfaulting.

This absolutely normal.
We wait for required modules to be loaded before executing code using the modules...
It is standard Dojo behavior, and used by most Ajax frameworks to build 1 page web application.

Authentication returns a 500 status and in the response tab I have the following message:

This is tipically due to server error.

Another message in the apache error log is:

Something is making apache segfaulting.

This is a serious Apache error.
Very difficult to analyse.
Possibly some PHP modules are not correctly installed ?
Debugging is not easy :
1) activate xdebug to get some trace when error occurs
2) have apache dump with gdb...

As it is an apache issue, instead of trying to resolve it here I have moved to another server with a more recent apache version and it finally works. I prefer to close this thread as it won't benefit to anyone except if you are still running apache on centos 5 and can't update or install any software anymore (xdebug, gdb, ...).
