Hello,
I want to change the identifier of the project for exemple i want to put the name of project as an identifier to havee different project name with each creation.
Is it possible ?

No.
Identifier is always a numeric ID.
This cannot be changed (it is the basis of our frmaework).

But you can use projectCode or add new fields to store other names with our Screen Customization plugin.

Yes I use the plug-in for adding a new flied : Code project. I want to make it unique but with the plug-in it's not possible !
there is any other solution to make it unique ?

Uniqueness is not part of our framework.
It is planned on Ticket #2776.
When it's done of community version, we'll be able to upgrade Plugin to add management of this attribute
