Hello everyone
please, I have a problem with the project management:
for example a project is scheduled for a duration of 22 days
  this project is linked to an Activity, the activity is due for example 2 days
the question is:
how to follow the consumption of the days declared at the beginning of the project in liaison with the interventions made in this project

I think you did not understand the notion of Real work allocation.
You should read the friendly user manual.
Press F1 in "timesheet" screen.
